Fixen To Fly

I had the opportunity to break and train this amazing quarter horse when he was a yearling and trained him into his 2nd year until he was ready to be shipped out to the races. He was the 2nd fastest qualifier for the Kindergarten Futurity, and ended up finishing 2nd in the finals. I am excited to watch him perform in the Ed Burke Million!

Life At Ten

An associate and I went to the Keeneland Kentucky Yearling Sale and purchased Life At Ten with the idea of getting her ready for the Barretts May 2 Year Old and Training Sale. Unfortunately, she had to be withdrawn from the sale due to an injury she acquired while we had her at the sale. Afterwards, I brought her back to my training facility to rehab her. Once fully recovered, I starting prepping her for the races. We soon shipped her to Santa Anita and before I had the chance to personally race her, we had a buyer that noticed her potential and gave us an unrefusable offer.

In 2010 Life At Ten was the 3rd leading female (behind Zenyatta and Rachel Alexandra) money earner of the year. She defeated Gr. 1 winner Unrivaled Belle, who was the winner of the 2010 Ladies Breeder's Cup Classic.
